All students study mathematics 5 lessons a week at KS3.

  • Formula, Expressions and Equations
  • Lines, Angles and Coordinates

  • Straight Line Graphs
  • Percentages, Ratio and Proportion

Y8

Students in Year 8 follow a programme of study which includes:

  • Decimals and Rounding Numbers
  • Indices and Standard Form
  • Symmetry and Transformations
  • Circles and Circle Theorems
  • Polygons and Tessellations

KS4

Mathematics is a core subject at KS4 which all students must study at GCSE level commencing in Y9.
